Operations:
Ashirbad is operated by an Executive Board. This board is elected by the general council of Ashirbad for every 2 years. The executive director leads the organization who reports to the board. There is an 17 membered small efficient office team who takes care of all office, administration, finance, sponsorship work. There are 43 Hope Centers in 16 different districts of Bangladesh. 175 tutors and care givers help in the Hope Center activities. 3 area coordinators oversee the works of different belt areas of the country.
